Everest Group’s 2026 CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® Assessment

CWM Star Performer 2 years running

Skills Alliance Enterprise named a Major Contender and Star Performer in Everest Group’s 2026 CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® Assessment

Skills Alliance Enterprise has been named a Major Contender and a Star Performer in Everest Group’s Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Services Procurement / Statement of Work (SOW) PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026. The recognition  places Skills Alliance Enterprise among nine providers named Star Performers this year for the pace of their improvement. And a Star Performer two years in a row. On the same report’s Services Procurement/SOW PEAK Matrix, Skills Alliance Enterprise was named an Aspirant.

Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® assessments evaluate workforce solutions providers on two dimensions: the vision and capability they bring to delivering services, and the impact they create for clients in the market. The Star Performer distinction is awarded separately, to providers showing the strongest year-on-year improvement across both measures.

Momentum behind the move

Everest Group’s assessment credited several factors behind the recognition as a Star Performer and Major Contender:

  • Growth in managed spend, driven by new client wins and contract renewals
  • Expanded traction in larger, more complex enterprise engagements spanning multiple markets and categories
  • A broadening footprint beyond life sciences into wider STEM sectors, including energy and utilities

Alongside this market growth, Everest Group pointed to continued investment in capability:

  • Investment in the Mosaic platform to strengthen demand intake, strategic decision making and reporting
  • Expanded advisory support across workforce technology, programme design, benchmarking and compliance
  • Advances in analytics through Power BI and Azure-based reporting, supporting rate analysis and supplier insight

Value delivered to clients

Everest Group’s assessment draws on direct feedback from Skills Alliance Enterprise’s clients. Buyers cited responsiveness, the strength of the advisory approach, and depth of domain expertise as standout strengths, reflecting the value Skills Alliance Enterprise’s integrated model, spanning CWM/MSP, RPO, services procurement, direct sourcing and IC compliance, delivers for clients navigating increasingly complex workforce needs.

“Skills Alliance Enterprise has expanded its CWM/MSP capabilities across services procurement, direct sourcing, RPO, IC compliance, workforce advisory, and technology enablement,” said Lokesh Goyal, Vice President at Everest Group. “Its deep life sciences and biotechnology expertise, growing focus on STEM talent, and investments in AI, automation, analytics, demand intake, and workforce-channel routing are helping enhance workforce visibility and program governance. These strengths have contributed to its positioning as a Major Contender and Star Performer on Everest Group’s CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® 2026.”

Dan Shillingburg, President, Skills Alliance Enterprise commented,

“Moving from an Aspirant to a Major Contender position, and being named a Star Performer for the second year running, reflects real momentum in how we’re supporting clients. As workforce needs grow more complex, across life sciences and the wider STEM sectors we serve, our clients are asking for more than administration: they want a partner who brings responsiveness, deep domain expertise and genuine advisory value to every engagement. This recognition tells us we’re delivering that.”

Services Procurement capability

Skills Alliance Enterprise was also named an Aspirant in Everest Group’s Services Procurement/SOW PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, reflecting continued investment in strengthening its services procurement capabilities, including supplier assessment and selection, contract and compliance reviews, and optimisation of existing SOW arrangements, as this part of its offering matures alongside its established CWM/MSP business.

Looking ahead

The extended workforce is now central to enterprise talent strategy. Providers such as Skills Alliance Enterprise increasingly act as strategic advisers as well as delivery partners, helping organisations build workforce models that are agile, data led and compliant across markets. Continued investment in technology, from demand intake through to analytics, and in advisory capability positions Skills Alliance Enterprise to support clients through that shift.
