Environmental

As a recruitment outsourcing business, we recognise the role we play in driving environmental sustainability. Our focus is on minimising our carbon footprint, integrating environmentally conscious practices into our operations, and influencing our partners to prioritise sustainability.

We measure our carbon footprint to identify areas where we can reduce emissions and implement offsetting strategies when necessary. Skills Alliance continually explores initiatives and partnerships that enable us to contribute to wider carbon reduction efforts.

Internally, we have implemented several measures to enhance our environmental performance. These include cycle-to-work schemes, waste reduction programmes, recycling initiatives, and minimising paper usage. Additionally, where possible, we procure green energy suppliers to further our commitment to sustainable business practices.

Beyond our direct impact, we strive to influence sustainable practices across our supply chain. We prioritise partnerships with organisations that demonstrate strong environmental credentials, ensuring that sustainability is embedded throughout the recruitment outsourcing ecosystem.

Social

As a global business, Skills Alliance Enterprise is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce. With employees representing over 26 nationalities and speaking more than 15 languages across multiple geographic locations, we embrace diversity as a key strength.
